摘  要:为了比较不同粒径三七的红外谱图差异,分别对三七粉末和溶液红外谱图采集方法进行了优化,比较了分辨率、扫描次数、背景等对图谱的影响。在此基础对不同粉碎粒度的三七样品进行红外光谱分析。结果表明:通过红外色谱法可以直接分析出三七样品中含有的其它一些未知成分,如醇类分子间氢键、乙烯基、卤代烷和苯环等官能团。不同粒径的三七溶液中官能团的含量不一样,粒径在20μm左右时官能团含量最多,表明粒度对三七有效成分溶出有一定影响。三七粉和三七溶液的红外谱图相比,三七粉谱图中出现更多的官能团,而且操作方便,可用于三七样品品质分析。In order to compare the differences of infrared spectra of Panax notoginseng with different particle sizes, the methods of collecting infrared spectra of Panax Notoginseng Powder and solution were optimized, and the effects of resolution, scanning times and background on the spectra were compared. On this basis, pseudo-ginseng samples with different particle sizes were analyzed by IR. The results showed that some other unknown components in Panax notoginseng, such as intermolecular hydrogen bonds of alcohols, vinyl groups, haloalkanes and benzene rings, could be directly analyzed by infrared chromatography. The content of functional groups in Panax notoginseng solution with different particle sizes was different, and the content of functional groups was the highest when the particle size was about 20 micron, which indicated that the particle size had certain influence on the dissolution of the effective components of Panax notoginseng. Compared with the infrared spectrum of Panax Notoginseng Powder and Panax notoginseng solution, there are more functional groups in the spectrum of Panax notoginseng powder, and the operation is convenient. It can be used for the quality analysis of Panax notoginseng sample.
