摘　　要：智能建筑对于减少城市灾害能够起到有效的作用。文章首先简单分析了目前城市建筑的主要灾害种类和原因,从这些因素出发表明了智能建筑灾害管理的必要性。从智能建筑与减灾管理的方面进行分析,简单叙述了几点具体的通过智能建筑防止灾害的方法。希望能为智能建筑防止灾害方面提供参考意见。Intelligent buildings can play a more effective role in reducing urban disasters. First of all, this paper briefly analyzes the majordisaster types of urban buildings, and demonstrates the necessity of disaster management for intelligent buildings from these factors.Theauthor makes an analysis from the aspects of intelligent building and disaster reduction management, and briefly describes several specificmethods to prevent disasters through intelligent buildings. It is hoped that it can provide reference for disaster prevention in intelligentbuildings.
