郑梅生从脾论治病毒性心肌炎经验探析

摘　　要：病毒性心肌炎是病毒感染引起的局限性或弥漫性心肌炎性病变。中医药在该病诊治上取得了一定疗效。脾胃为后天之本,脾胃功能失调,导致正气不足、毒邪侵犯,聚而成痰浊、水饮等病理产物,影响机体气血阴阳而发病,故根源在于脾胃失调。郑梅生教授在整体论治的基础上,从脾论治,辨证施治始终注重调理脾胃、培补脾土、补益元气。本文对此进行了详细的理论分析,同时结合临证分期、分型、医案,分别阐述了郑教授从脾论治病毒性心肌炎的经验总结,为中医药诊治病毒性心肌炎提供新的思路与方法。Viral myocarditis refers to localized or diffusive myocardial inflammation inducd by virus infection. Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved certain curative effect in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Spleen and stomach are acquired foundation. The dysfunction of spleen and stomach leads to deficiency of vital qi, invasion of pathogenic factors, accumulation of sputum, turbid water and other pathological products, which affects the body′s qi,blood, yin and yang, thus the root is the disorder of spleen and stomach. On the basis of holistic treatment, professor Zheng Meisheng always pays attention to regulating spleen and stomach, invigorating the spleen, and benefiting primordial qi during the process of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. This paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis, and expounds professor Zheng′ s experience of treating viral myocarditis from spleen according to clinical stage,classification and medical case, to provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of viral myocarditis by traditional Chinese medicine.
