摘　　要：施工管理制度对大型露天矿山现场来说有着十分重要的作用,要想实现矿山施工项目的管理目标,必须对矿山工程施工的全过程进行管理。矿山现场施工和其他产业不同,它与人们的生命和财产安全息息相关。因此,现场施工管理制度是矿山工程建设的根本,也是工程项目施工的重要因素。为了提高大型露天矿山现场施工管理,从安全、材料和人为等多方面进行研究,安正安全、快速得完成施工,实现项目预期目标,获得更大的社会效益和经济效益。Construction management system plays a very important role in large open-pit mines. To achieve the management objectives of mine construction projects, the whole process of mine construction must be managed. Mine site construction is different from other industries. It is closely related to people＇s life and property safety. Therefore, the site construction management system is the foundation of mine engineering construction, but also an important factor of project construction. In order to improve the site construction management of large open pit mines, the safety, materials and human activities are studied in order to complete the construction safely and quickly, achieve the expected objectives of the project, and obtain greater social and economic benefits.
