摘 要:罩退产品的生产流程为酸轧—罩退—平整—重卷,产品生产流程长,任何一道工序运行状态发生波动都能导致产品质量波动,控制缺陷产品的难度非常大。通过系统工程的原理,本文不局限于仅追求单个工序的最优控制,将各个工序有机结合起来,从整体出发对所有工艺流程进行调整与优化,最终取得了提升罩退产品质量的良好效果。The production process of cover-return product is acid-rolling-cover-return-leveling-rewinding, and the production process is long. The fluctuation of the running state of any process can lead to product quality fluctuation, so it is very difficult to control defective products. Through the principle of system engineering, this paper is not limited to the pursuit of the optimal control of a single process, the organic combination of each process, from the overall point of view to adjust and optimize all the process, and ultimately achieved good results in improving the quality of returned products.
