摘　　要：三缸单作用往复式容积隔膜泵是用于稳定输送具有磨蚀性浆液的理想设备,在氧化铝生产流程中多作为溶出车间生产流程的喂料泵,在高压溶出生产线几乎具有无可替代的优势,本文结合一起实际问题对隔膜泵容易出现的故障进行了探析。The three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating volumetric diaphragm pump is an ideal equipment for stable delivery of abrasive slurry. it is mostly used as a feed pump in the production process of alumina dissolution workshop and has almost irreplaceable advantages in the high-pressure dissolution production line. this paper analyzes the common failures of the diaphragm pump combined with a practical problem.
