摘 要:本文简单介绍了立式搅拌磨机的结构及工作原理,针对云南某多金属选矿厂选锡中矿再磨球磨机磨矿效率低、能耗高、噪音大的问题,在国内首次将立式搅拌磨机成功推广应用到了选锡中矿再磨工艺,并采用纳米陶瓷球作为磨矿介质,大幅提高了选锡中矿再磨的磨矿效率,有利于提高选锡综合回收率,实现了降本增效、节能降耗的目的,大幅降低了作业现场噪音分贝,社会效益显著。This paper briefly introduces the structure and working principle of vertical stirred mill.Aiming at the problems of low grinding efficiency,high energy consumption and high noise,the vertical grinding mill in a multi metal concentrator of Yunnan has been successfully applied to the regrinding process of tin medium for the first time in China,and the nano ceramic ball is used as a ball mill.For grinding medium,the grinding efficiency of re grinding in tin selection is greatly improved,the comprehensive recovery rate of tin selection is improved,the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,saving energy and reducing consumption is realized,and the noise decibel in the operation site is greatly reduced and the social benefit is remarkable.
