摘　　要：双仓溢流型球磨呈水平圆筒状,两端是球磨机的支撑端盖和进、出料口也是球磨机的支撑位置,两端端盖各有一个中空轴,起到支撑旋转的作用,端盖根部是主要的受力点称为R区,本文结合设实际介绍了R区裂纹的检查方式和裂纹产生的原因。The double-bin overflow ball mill is in a horizontal cylindrical shape.the end caps of the ball mill and the inlet and outlet ports are also the supporting positions of the ball mill.the end caps of the two ends each have a hollow shaft to support the rotation.the root of the end cap is the main stress point called the r zone.this paper introduces the inspection method of the cracks in the r zone and the causes of the cracks combined with the actual setting.
