摘　　要：不烧砖具有成本低、无铬污染等优点,已广泛应用于石灰回转窑炉衬。武钢活性石灰回转窑烧成带炉衬使用磷酸盐结合不烧砖代替镁铬砖及镁尖晶石砖,炉衬寿命提高到3年以上。根据不烧砖的多年应用经验,并对行业内数据进行收集、整理与分析,武钢负责制定了活性石灰回转窑不烧衬砖行业标准,规范了炉衬用不烧砖的技术条件,以保证石灰回转窑的稳定运行。Unburnt bricks are widely used in furnace lining of active lime rotary kiln,because of their advantages of low cost and no chromium pollution. In the burning zone of active lime rotary kilns of WISCO,phosphate bonded bricks take the place of magnesite-chrome bricks and magnesia spinel bricks ,which extends the lining life to more than three years. With many years applied experiences for unburnt bricks,and based on collection and compilation and analysis on the industry data,WlSCO is responsible for setting industry standards and specifications for unburnt bricks in active lime rotary kilns to guarantee the stable operation of lime rotary kiln.
