摘　　要：通过对敞开式环形阳极焙烧炉热平衡的分析、研究,找出了影响敞开式环形阳极焙烧炉能耗的五个主要因素,即挥发份充分燃烧与否,固体蓄热回收程度,漏风量大小,炉体散热情况,自动控制技术;并分别阐述解决方法,从而达到了降低焙烧炉能耗的目标。Through open type annular anode baking furnace heat balance analysis and research to identify the impact of open type annular anode baking furnace energy consumption of five main factors, namely volatile full combustion of solid heat recovery degree, air leakage quantity, furnace body heat, automatic control technology, and expounded the solution, so as to achieve the goal of reducing the energy consumption of roasting furnace.
