含砷难处理金精矿工艺技术研究与实践

摘  要:通过实验室实验及生产性工业实践,研究探索出高效处理含砷金精矿新工艺:硫酸化焙烧+NLS高温浸出+洗涤渣氰化浸出,获得良好的技术指标,金浸出率达到96.5%以上。该工艺简单可行,成功实现了含砷难处理金精矿浸出率低的技术突破,对国内外含砷金精矿处理具有宝贵的借鉴和推广意义。Through laboratory experiments and productive industrial practice,a new process for high efficiency treatment of arsenic bearing gold concentrate is studied.The high temperature leaching of+NLS and cyanide leaching of washing slag are obtained by sulfuric acid roasting,and a good technical index is obtained.The leaching rate of gold is above 96.5%.The process is simple and feasible,and the technological breakthrough in the low leaching rate of arsenic refractory gold concentrate has been successfully realized,which has valuable reference and popularization significance for the treatment of arsenic bearing gold concentrate at home and abroad.
