急诊急救移动信息平台在院前急救工作中的应用与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊急救移动信息平台在院前急救工作中的应用效果。方法我科自2017年5月开始正式使用急诊急救移动信息平台,分别调查2017年3月(175份)和2017年5月(148份)院前急救病历,比较急诊急救移动信息平台使用前后院前急救病历的合格率和书写所需时间。结果使用急诊急救移动信息平台后,院前急救病历合格率从73.14%提高到91.89%(P<0.01),平均病历书写时间由18.32分钟下降到12.76分钟(P<0.01)。结论急诊急救移动信息平台提高了院前急救病历书写质量,提高了院前急救工作效率,有利于加强院前急救管理,建议在临床工作中广泛使用。Objective To exPlore the aPPlication effect of emergency mobile information Platform in Pre hosPital emergency work. Method Our dePartment began to use formal methods of emergency mobile information Platform since May 2017, collected March 2017 Survey （175） and May 2017 （148） medical records of Pre hosPital emergency treatment, comPared to the mobile information Platform before and after the use of first-aid qualification rate and the writing of medical records required. Results After the use of emergency mobile information Platform, the eligible rate of Pre hosPital emergency medical records increased from 73.14% to 91.89% （P〈0.01）, and the average medical record writing time droPPed from 18.32 minutes to 12.76 minutes （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The emergency mobile information Platform imProves the writing quality of Pre hosPital emergency medical records, imProves the efficiency of Pre hosPital emergency work, and helPs to strengthen the Pre hosPital emergency management. It is recommended to be widely used in clinical work.
