高频振荡通气联合胸腔闭式引流治疗新生儿气胸的护理

摘　　要：目的探究高频振荡通气联合胸腔闭式引流治疗新生儿气胸的护理方法及效果。方法将我院患者作为研究对象,患者的选取时间在2016年10月——2017年10月,本研究所涉及到的患者均为新生儿,存在气胸问题,并给予其高频震荡通气联合胸墙闭式引流治疗。共有患儿60例,根据患儿的一般资料,对其展开分组处理,分别为实验组的30例患儿和对照组的30例患儿。分别给予其一般护理方法和高频震荡通气护理,对其临床应用情况进行分析。结果实验组和对照组新生儿家属护理满意度分别为93.33%和73.33%,实验组满意度高于对照组,其比较结果显示P<0.05,表明两组数据对比差异存在统计学意义。结论针对新生儿存在的气胸问题,采用高频震荡通气联合胸腔闭式引流治疗的相关方法,需要根据患儿的实际情况,给予其护理工作的全面性开展,给予患儿镇静处理,并进行气道管理等。Objective to explore the nursing methods and effects of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with thoracic closed drainage in the treatment of neonatal pneumothorax. Methods patients in our hospital were selected as subjects from October 2016 to October 2017. All the patients involved in this study were neonates with pneumothorax problems and were treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with closed thoracic drainage. A total of 60 cases of children were treated in groups according to the general data of the children, including 30 cases of the experimental group and 30 cases of the control group. General nursing methods and high frequency shock ventilation nursing were given to analyze its clinical application. Results the nursing satisfaction of neonatal family members in the experimental group and the control group was 93.33% and 73.33%, respectively. The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion in view of the pneumothorax problems in neonates, the related methods of high-frequency shock ventilation combined with closed thoracic drainage should be adopted to carry out the comprehensive nursing work, calm treatment and airway management according to the actual situation of the children.
