摘　　要：目的探讨产后访视护理干预对母乳喂养的影响。方法选取枫泾社区2017年1月-6月产后访视中混合喂养产妇120例作为研究对象。在初次产后访视护理和末次产后访视护理时对研究对象进行母乳喂养知识及技能问卷调查。对两次调查的数据进行整理分析。结果通过产后访视护理干预,枫泾地区产妇在母乳喂养益处、正确母乳喂养、母乳喂养相关技能等方面的总体知晓率得到明显提升。除"宝宝吃初乳"、"清洁乳房和乳头的方法"两项知识干预前后知晓率无明显差异,其他各项知识干预后的知晓率均高于干预前。结论产后访视护理干预有效的提高了产妇对母乳喂养知识的知晓率,对促进母婴健康和减轻产妇的家庭经济负担有积极的作用,值得在今后的工作中大力推广。Objective To exPlore the effect of PostPartum visit nursing intervention on breastfeeding. Methods 120 Patients were selected from Fengjing community in January to June,2017. In the first PostPartum visit nursing and the last PostPartum visit nursing,the research subjects were investigated for breast-feeding knowledge and skills questionnaire. Analyze the data of the two surveys. Results Through PostPartum visit nursing intervention,the overall awareness rate of maternal breast-feeding benefits,correct breast-feeding and breast-feeding related skills in Fengjing area was significantly imProved. There was no significant difference in the knowledge before and after the two knowledge interventions,excePt the ＂baby＇s first milk＂ and ＂the method of cleaning the breast and the niPPle＂,and all other knowledge intervention was higher than before the intervention. Conclusion PostPartum visit nursing intervention effectively imProve the maternal breastfeeding knowledge awareness,to Promote maternal and child health and reduce maternal economic burden of the family have a Positive effect,is worth Promoting in the future work.
