摘　　要：报告1例伴有重度呼吸暂停综合征的农村老年高血压患者的延续护理。延续护理重点包括:开展个性化健康宣教,增加干预依从性;提供饮食与运动处方,改善容量负荷与危险因素;通过侧卧改善通气,加用药护理,改善睡眠质量及血压控制。多环节协同作用,打破了"中枢抑制、睡眠受损-体重持续增加-严重腹型肥胖-重度呼吸暂停-血压(非杓型)持续进展"的恶性循环;患者恢复健康体型、呼吸暂停症状消失、血压长期达标。A case rePort of 1 rural elderly hyPertensive Patients with severe sleeP aPnea syndrome. Key Points of continuing care include： Personalized health education to imProve comPliance with further treatment, individual diet and exercise instruction to reduce volume load and risk factors, imProving breathing and blood Pressure via side sleePing and drug care. The synergy effects of the continuin care break the vicious circle： central nervous system inhibition, sleeP damagecontinued increase in body weight-severe abdominal obesity-severe sleeP aPnea syndrome-Progressing hyPertension（non-diPPer tyPe）, and bring the subject back to the healthy shaPe. Finally, these change eliminate the sleeP aPnea, and facilitate the long-term blood Pressure control.
