摘　　要：目的探讨氯吡格雷致脑出血的临床护理方法。方法对一例氯吡格雷致脑出血病人精心护理。结果通过积极的治疗,精心的护理,病人头痛、思睡等症状缓解,体温正常,康复出院。结论对服用氯比格雷的患者,要注意观察,一旦出现出血等不良反应时,在积极救治的同时,要注意做好心理疏导,并创造良好的休息环境。Objective To exPlore the clinical nursing method of cloPidogrel induced cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A case of cloPidogrel with cerebral hemorrhage was carefully treated.Results Through active treatment, careful nursing, Patient headache, sleeP and other symPtoms, normal temPerature, recovery and discharge.Conclusion for Patients taking cloPidogrel, Pay attention to the observation, once aPPear, the adverse reactions such as bleeding, in the active treatment at the same time, attention should be Paid to do Psychological counseling, and create a good environment to rest.
