中山市小榄地区泌尿系结石患者预防复发知信行的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查中山市小榄地区泌尿系结石患者预防结石复发的知信行现状及探讨其相关影响因素。方法选择200名在我院泌尿外科接受治疗的泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,采用自主设计的一般资料问卷及泌尿系结石患者预防复发知信行量表进行调查。结果知信行量表平均得分为(2.86±0.58)分,预防复发行为维度得分最高,不同文化程度、收入水平、结石病史的患者知信行量表得分差异具有统计学意义,P<0.00。结论中山市小榄地区泌尿系结石患者预防结石知信行整体水平尚可,受文化程度、收入水平、职业和结石病史的影响。Objective To investigate the status of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice（KAP） of the Prevention recurrence of stone and its related factors.Methods 200 Patients with urolithiasis treated in DePartment of Urology of our hosPital were selected as subjects. The self-designed general data questionnaire and KAP questionnaire for the Prevention of recurrence of urolithiasis were conducted. Results The average score of KAP scale was （2.86 ±0.58）. Score of behavior dimension was the highest （3.01±0.99）. The scores of KAP scale in Patients of different educational level, income level and stone history were statistically signifcant,P〈0.00.Conclusion The overall level of Prevention and cure of urinary calculi is accePtable, which is infuenced by education level, income level, occuPation and history of stones.
