角调音乐对高血压肝火亢盛证大鼠血压及行为学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察五行音乐中角调音乐对高血压肝火亢盛证大鼠的血压与行为学的影响,为进一步探究高血压肝火亢盛证有效的干预措施和作用机制奠定基础。方法:采用自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)20只,根据中医证候分型判别标准筛选出高血压肝火亢盛证大鼠16只,随机分为高血压肝火亢盛证角音干预组(8只)、高血压肝火亢盛证对照组(8只)2组。角音干预组给予中医五行音乐角调音乐,对照组常规饲养;动态监测2组大鼠血压、心率以及反映大鼠情绪及眩晕程度的行为学试验。结果:与对照组比较,角音干预组大鼠的血压、心率下降,旷场试验直立次数减少,旋转耐受时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐中角调音乐在一定程度上能够改善高血压肝火亢盛证大鼠的血压、心率以及缓解其急躁、眩晕等症状。Objective： To observe the effects of Jue tone music on blood pressure and behavior of hypertensive rats with hypertensive syndrome,and to lay the foundation for further exploration of effective intervention and mechanism of hypertension with liver fire hyperactivity syndrome. Methods： According to syndrome classification,a total of 16 hypertensive rats with liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome were selected from 20 primary hypertensive rats and randomly divided into Jue tone music intervention group （ n =8）,which was intervened with the Chinese medicine five elements of Jue tone music and control group （ n =8）,which was treated with normal feeding.The blood pressure,heart rate and the behavior and vertigo degree of rats in both groups were detected dynamically. Results： Compared with the control group,the blood pressure and heart rate of the rats in the Jue tone music intervention group were decreased,and the erect times of the open field test were reduced.The rotation tolerance time was prolonged with statistical difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jue tone music can improve the blood pressure,heart rate,and relieve the symptoms of irritability and vertigo in hypertensive rats with live fire hyperactivity syndrome.
