摘 要:对沧州市2017年"8.2"台风低压暴雨过程进行分析,即2017年8月2日出现的强降雨,是2012年以来出现的第一次台风低压暴雨过程。本次暴雨造成河道流量增大、部分入海河道产生径流、地下水位抬升以及洼淀蓄水量增加等。同时,本次暴雨过程使沧州市主城区严重积水,部分道路交通中断,当地群众出行受到影响。在分析成果的基础上,为实现雨水资源化和城市除涝减灾提出建议。This paper analyzes the process of “8.2” typhoon in 2017 in Cangzhou city, which is the heavy rainfall that occurred on August 2, 2017. It is the first typhoon and low-pressure rainstorm since 2012. The rainstorm caused the increase of river flow, the flow of parts into the sea river, the elevation of underground water level and the increase of the amount of water storage. Meanwhile, the heavy rainfall in the main urban areas of Cangzhou city has been severely stagnant, and some road traffic has been disrupted, affecting local people′s travel. On the basis of the analysis results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to realize the rainwater resources and the urban waterlogging and disaster reduction.
