摘 要:为了将改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒应用于工业生产,研究了滤棒成型关键工艺参数开松压力、开松速比、增塑剂施加量对丝束开松情况及滤棒性能的影响,确定了改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒最优工艺参数,获得了4个规格(3.0Y/35000、3.3Y/40000、3.6Y/45000、4.0Y/48000)改性聚乳酸丝束的特性曲线,结果表明:(1)在丝束规格一定的情况下,开松压力为1.7~1.9 MPa,开松速比为0.66~0.73,增塑剂施加量为40~70 mg/支时,改性聚乳酸丝束纤维粘接、开松良好无缩头,滤棒吸阻和硬度适当,滤棒成型工艺达到最佳;(2)3.3Y/40000、3.6Y/45000规格丝束在滤棒物理指标及出棒率等方面明显优于3.0Y/35000、4.0Y/48000规格丝束,连续生产的滤棒质量稳定、设备运行正常,各参数能够满足滤棒成型和大规模工业生产需要。In order to use modified polylactic acid (PLA) tow filter rod in industrial production, the influence of key process factors such as tow opening pressure, opening ratio and the amount of plasticizer used on tow opening and quality of filter rods in filter rod making process was studied, the optimum parameters were determined and processing curve of four specifications of PLA tow (3.0Y/35000、3.3Y/40000、3.6Y/45000、4.0Y/48000) was researched. The results are as follows: firstly, for the same tow items, when the opening pressure was controlled in the range from 1.6 MPa to 1.9 MPa. The opening ratio is 0.66 ~ 0.73, the amount of plasticizer is 40 ~ 70 mg, tow adhesion and opening achieved the optimal effect without shrinking, the pressure drop and hardness of modified PLA filter rod can meet the production need and the PLA tow filter rod making technology reached the optimism state. Secondly, the physical index and production of tow items 3.3Y/40000, 3.6Y/45000 were better than those of 3.0Y/35000 and 4.0Y/48000, the quality of filter rods produced went stable in sequential production, the equipment operated normally and all the parametrers determined could meet the requirements of filter rod making technology and batch process production.
