摘  要:皮带机输送系统是散货码头必备的运输工具系统,然而,传统的接触继电器控制系统有着一定的缺陷且功能扩展性差。PLC系统越来越受到青睐,传统的接触继电器控制系统已逐步被PLC系统所取代。论文介绍了一种采用PLC控制的散货输送系统,该系统可靠性极高,比起传统的散货输送方式效率明显提高,同时采用了带能量回馈的变频器驱动和顺料流启动控制等节能手段。The conveyor belt conveyor system is an essential transportation vehicle system for bulk terminals. However, the conventional contact relay control system has certain defects and poor function of expansion. PLC systems are becoming more and more popular. The traditional contact relay control system has been graduallyreplaced by the PLC system. This article introduces a bulk conveying system using PLC. The system has extremely high reliability. Compared with the traditional bulk conveying method, the efficiency is obviously improved. At the same time, energy-saving methods such as inverter drive with energy feedback and smooth flow start control are adopted.
