摘 要:现阶段中国钢铁行业竞争十分激烈,特钢企业也不例外,面对特钢行业按订单组织生产的特点,需要建立基于合同计划优化排程的强化整体产能和物流平衡的掌控能力和管理机制。在合同计划优化排程的有力支持下,重点解决客户交货期与生产排产之间的矛盾、产能最大化与成本最小化之间的矛盾、流程控制与工序瓶颈之间的矛盾,实现生产计划与成本控制和交货期之间的有机融合,形成统领各工序进行优化生产协作的框架和步调,进而掌控生产全局,以最终提高合同兑现力、降本增效为目的,实现特钢生产效益最大化。At present,there are severe competitions among the iron and steel industry business in China,including the special steel enterprises. Facing the characteristics of organizing production by orders in special steel industry,it is necessary to establish the control ability and management mechanism to improve the overall capacity and logistics balance based on the optimization schedule of the contract planning. Under the strong support of the optimization schedule for the contract planning,in order to realize the organic integration between the production planning,the cost control and the delivery time,the contradictions between the customer delivery time and production scheduling,between the maximum production capacity and the cost minimization,between the process control and the bottleneck of the process are solved. This forms the collaborative framework for the whole production process and then controls the overall production to eventually improve the contract cashing force,reduce the cost and optimize the steel manufacturing efficiency.
