摘　　要：通过对透穴针法的溯源与考察,认识透穴针法的特性及应用分类。通过对《循经考穴编》一书中针刺手法的描述与分类、特点、透刺组穴等内容的研究,将相关内容进行分类、整理、汇总,并结合透穴针刺处方在现阶段的临床应用进行综合考量,分析阐述《循经考穴编》在临床运用透穴针法的辨证施针以及手法分类特色。Through the retrospective study of penetrating acupuncture,the characteristics,application and classification were explored. Through the study on the description,classification,characteristic and combination of penetrating acupuncture from Acupoint Compilation,the related contents were classified,compiled,and summarized. In combination of the clinical application of penetrating acupuncture prescription,the clinical of penetrating acupuncture from Acupoint Compilation with syndrome differentiation and the classification and characteristics of manipulation were discussed.
