基于络病理论探讨乳腺癌的治法

摘　　要：依据《临证指南医案》＂久病入络＂的论述,从络病理论探讨乳腺癌的病机。认为乳腺癌的发生与少阳络脉不通、厥阴络瘀血阻及久虚毒邪滞络关系密切,故乳腺癌之病当属络病范畴。以通络为基本大法,具体运用辛香通络、化瘀通络、虫蚁搜络等治疗方法与方药,对提高辨治乳腺癌临床疗效有重要意义。According to the theory ＂chronic illness entering collaterals＂ from Case Records as a Guide to Clinical,the pathogenesis of breast cancer was explored from the theory of collateral disease. The occurrence of breast cancer was closely related with Shaoyang collaterals,blood stasis in Jueyin collaterals,chronic deficiency and toxic evil accumulating in the collaterals,and therefore breast cancer pertains to collateral disease. Unblocking collaterals is the major method,usually involving medicinals and formulas to unblock collaterals with pungent and aromatic medicinals,to unblock collaterals with resolving stasis,to search collaterals with bug and ants. Such methods are of great importance to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of breast cancer.
