医学院校大学生创新创业能力培养模式与实现路径

摘　　要：开展创新创业教育是高校的一项重要工作,我国高等医学院校有着自身独特的人才培养模式,创新创业教育总体上还处于起步阶段。当前医学院校大学生创新创业能力培养还存在教育理念不成熟、教育体系不健全、实践平台不完善、师资力量薄弱等问题,可以从构建创新创业领导体系、师资体系、教育体系、服务体系和文化体系五大体系入手,围绕教育理念、课程体系、师资队伍、实践平台和氛围营造等方面加强医学院校大学生创新创业能力培养。Pioneering innovation is a significant career for our country＇s college education. While our country＇s pioneering innovation is still in the early stage, each college has its own unique method of culturing mood. However, there are still some questions in the current cultivating mood of pioneering innovation for medical colleges, including the immature education concept, the unsound education system, the defective practice platform, the weak faculty team, and so on. Commenced with the five systems of leaders system, teachers system, education system, service system and culture system, medical colleges can strengthen the cultivating of students＇ pioneering innovation from different aspects, such as education concept, course system, faculty team, practice platform and building atmosphere, and so forth.
