摘 要:对砂梨果实轮纹病病原菌迚行分离纯化后,采用形态学、病原菌致病性和分子生物学3种方法迚行鉴定。结果表明:砂梨果实轮纹病病原菌为葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea),Genebank登彔号MG595271;对生产上常用的10种杀菌剂迚行筛选,30μg/mL硫磺多菌灱悬浮剂是防治砂梨果实轮纹病最经济、有效的药剂。Isolates from disease-affected fruits of sandy pear(Pyrus pyrifolia) in the field were purified and then cultured on PDA medium. Identification of the pathogenic fungus was carried out according to the characteristics of fungal morphology, pathogenicity and by r DNA-ITS sequence analysis. It is concluded that the disease on Chinese sandy pear is caused by Botryosphaeria dothidea, Gen Bank accession number MG595271. By screening 10 kinds of fungicides commonly used in production, sulfur carbendazim 30 μg/mL SC is a cost-effective agent for controlling the disease-sandy pear ring rot.
