摘　　要：原发性肺肉瘤(primary pulmonary sarcoma,PPS)是一种极少见的肺恶性肿瘤,临床表现多无特异性,明确诊断时多失去手术机会,预后欠佳。结合1例以社区获得性肺炎为临床表现,最终诊断为原发性肺肉瘤的青年患者病例资料并复习文献,加深临床医生对该病的认识,提高该病的早期诊断率。Primary pulmonary sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the lung. Its clinical manifestations are mostly nonspecific, and when it is diagnosed, it often loses the chance of surgery and has a poor prognosis. Combined with one case of young patients with community-acquired pneumonia as the clinical manifestation, the final diagnosis of primary pulmonary sarcoma, and literature review. Deepen the clinician＇s understanding of the disease and improve the early diagnosis of the disease.
