摘 要:从山西煤炭产业的基本情况出发,基于产业生态链的角度,分析研判山西煤炭产业的开采、开发、固废利用现状及面临的问题,指出新时代山西煤炭产业首先应从煤炭的源头开始,大力普及和推广绿色开采技术,优先释放煤炭科学产能与绿色资源量,建设绿色矿山。其次,应大力推广煤炭的分类、分级、分质利用和煤基固废资源化利用,提高煤炭资源综合利用效率。最后,应着力推进煤炭深加工和煤炭企业绿色化改造,走现代煤化工之路。Based on the basic situation of Shanxi coal industry, based on the perspective of industrial ecological chain, the paper analyzed and judged the status and problems of mining, development, solid waste utilization and problems faced by Shanxi coal industry. It was pointed out that the new era Shanxi Coal industry should start from the source of coal, vigorously popularize and promote green mining technology, give priority to releasing coal scientific production capacity and green resourc- es, and build green mines. Secondly, the classification, grading, quality utilization and utilization of coal-based solid waste re- sources should be vigorously promoted to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of coal resources. Third, efforts should be made to promote the deep processing of coal and the green transformation of coal enterprises, and take the road of modern coal chemical industry.
