摘  要:以某热电厂2×150 t/h锅炉湿式电除尘器为对象,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟的方法,对其内部流场进行了模拟分析,并针对分析结果提出优化方案。对湿式电除尘器的优化模型进行分析的结果表明,通过在湿式电除尘器内部的合适位置添加导流板和开孔率适宜的气流均布板,能够使得湿电内部流场得到明显优化,各电场的气流分布均匀性相对均方根差均小于0.25,且各电场分区的流量和理想分配流量之相对误差不超过±5%,最终的优化方案达到了湿式电除尘器流场分布行业标准,为湿式电除尘器设计提供了参考。Taking the wet electrostatic precipitator of 2×150 t/h boiler in thermal power plant as the research object, the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation method was applied to simulate its internal flow field and propose optimization scheme based on the analysis results.By analyzing the optimization model of wet electrostatic precipitator, the results show that by adding a guide plate and a suitable air flow uniform plate at the appropriate position in the wet electrostatic precipitator,can make the internal flow field of wet electricity be optimized obviously,and the relative root mean square difference of each electric field is less than 0.25.Meanwhile,the relative error of the actual flow and the ideal distribution flow of each electric field does not exceed ±5%. The final optimization scheme achieves the industry standard of the flow field distribution of the wet electrostatic precipitator.It provides a reference for the design of wet electrostatic precipitator.
