摘  要:锅炉受热面爆管事故是锅炉运行常见的事故之一,受热面爆管影响因素众多,原因复杂,事故发生后如何准确分析事故原因,从而有针对性的采用预控措施,避免爆管事故再次发生成为火电厂锅炉面临的首要问题。针对内蒙古某电厂锅炉屏式过热器和高温过热器爆管事故进行分析,找到爆管原因,提出电厂优化运行建议,从而指导电厂安全、稳定运行。The explosion of the boiler heating surface is one of the common accidents in the boiler operation which is affected by many factors, the reasons are complicated, how to accurately analyze the cause of the accident after the accident, according to the preventive control measures, to avoid explosion accidents happen again become the primary problem facing the coal-fired utility boiler. The explosion accident of boiler screen superheater and high temperature superheater in a power plant is analyzed, finds out the cause of tube explosion, and puts forward suggestions for optimizing operation of power plant, so as to guide safe and stable operation of power plant.
