摘 要:针对奥氏体不锈钢厚壁对接焊缝管道内部缺陷检测的难点,以及为了优化检测工艺和辅助超声信号分析,采用CIVA仿真软件中的超声模块对80mm厚奥氏体不锈钢试块进行了声场模拟与缺陷检测。根据仿真结果,采用设计的带有双面阵相控阵纵波探头的ISONIC2009超声成像系统对试块进行了检测。结果表明,CIVA仿真结果与实际检测结果吻合度较高,CIVA软件可准确、高效地为奥氏体不锈钢厚壁对接焊缝的相控阵检测提供工艺指导,具有较高的应用价值。Aiming at the difficulties of detecting the internal defects of welded seam in austenitic stainless steel,and at optimizing the detection processse and assisting in the analysis of ultrasonic signals,the sound field simulation and defect response for 80 mm thick austenitic stainless steel were carried out by ultrasonic module in CIVA simulation software.According to the simulation results,the test block was tested with the ISONIC2009 ultrasonic imaging system equipped with the double-sided phased array longitudinal wave probe.It was shown that the results of CIVA simulation were in good agreement with the actual test results,and CIVA software could provide accurate and efficient process guidance for phased array inspection of austenitic stainless steel butt welds,which was to have high application value.
