摘 要:目的监测天津市津南区淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷等常用杀虫剂的抗药性动态变化。方法采用幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊野外种群的抗药性,与敏感种群比较其抗药性程度。结果 2016年天津市津南区淡色库蚊野外种群对溴氰菊酯、双硫磷、氯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和残杀威的抗性系数分别为14.50、13.60、7.59、4.00、2.42和2.15倍。与2013年的抗药性测定结果相比,津南区淡色库蚊对双硫磷抗性有增强趋势,对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯抗性有下降趋势。结论同一地区不同时期淡色库蚊对不同杀虫剂的抗性水平不同,应加强抗药性监测,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。Objective To investigate the dynamic changes in the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens against the commonly used insecticides in Jinnan District, Tianjin. Methods Larvae dipping method was utilized to detect the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens wild strain and the susceptible strain. Results In 2016, the resistance factors of deltamethrin, parathion, permethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, beta-cypermethrin, and propoxurene in the wild strains of Culex pipiens pallens in Jinnan District of Tianjin were 14. 50, 13.60, 7.59, and 4. 00, 2.42 and 2.15 times, respectively. Compared with the results of the drug resistance test in 2013, the mosquitoes of Culex pipiens pallens in Jinnan District had an increased tendency to disulfiphos resistance, and the resistance to deltamethrin and beta-eypermethrin had a decreasing trend. Conclusion The resistance levels of Culex pipiens pallens vary to various insecticides at different times, and the drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened to provide scientific basis for the rational use of pesticides.
