摘 要:目的利用硝酸和氢氟酸体系实现土壤样品中铅、镉、铬的消解,并结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法建立一种操作简便、基体干扰小、准确度高、精密度好的土壤测定方法。方法土壤样品用硝酸和氢氟酸体系微波消解处理,然后以Sc、In、Bi作为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定土壤中的Pb、Cd、Cr。结果各元素回收率在91.2%~97.1%之间,相对标准偏差RSD均<4.3%,检出限为0.096~0.103μg/L,相关系数(r)为0.9 996~0.9 999,对两种标准参照物进行测定,结果均在标准值范围内。结论该方法具有操作简便、省时、基体干扰小、准确度高、精密度好等优点,适合土壤环境中Pb、Cd、Cr元素的测定。Objective To establish a simple and convenient method which has the advantages of small matrix interference, high accuracy and good precision for determination of lead, cadmium and chromium, with the digestion of lead, cadmium and chromium in soil samples realized by using nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid system, ombining with ICP-MS method. Methods Soil samples were digested with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid system. After microwave digestion, Sc, In and Bi were used as internal standard. Pb, Cd and Cr in soil were determined by ICP-MS. Results The recovery of each dement was between 91.2%~97. 1% in the method; the relative standard deviation RSD was less than 4.3%; the detection limit wass 0.096~0.103 μg,/L; the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9 996~0. 9 999; the two standard reference objects were measured, and the results were within the standard range. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of Pb, Cd and Cr elements in soil environment.
