摘　　要：介绍了国内火灾公众责任保险的发展现状,分析了我国火灾公众责任保险发展缓慢的原因,提出了推进火灾公众责任保险的对策。The author briefly stated the development status of public fire liability insurance in China,analyzed the problems encountered in the process of advancing the insurance and the causes,and proposed solutions to the slow development by raising suggestions from different aspects of legal,government,insurance company and enterprise.
