摘　　要：分析了目前"灭火救援指挥调度系统"在危化品管理及其事故救援指挥调度方面的局限性,说明了建设"危化品生产储存场所灭火救援指挥调度子系统"的必要性,并对该子系统的功能、模块组成、运行环境、信息内容及操作流程进行了研究和设计。The limitations of the current firefighting and rescue command and dispatch system in the management of hazardous chemicals and incident command were analyzed. The necessity of establishing a subsystem for the production and storage places of dangerous chemicals was explained and its function, module composition, running environment, information content and operation process were studied and designed.
