摘　　要：我国现阶段装配式钢结构住宅体系的主要发展方向可分为低层轻钢装配式住宅和多、高层轻钢装配式住宅两类。在国家政策推进建筑绿色化、装配工业化、信息化前提下,建筑行业本身升级换代的是必然需求,现阶段佳源集团研究发展了改进型绿色钢结构建筑体系,以钢管混凝土异形柱+消能支撑为主结构体系,以预制自承重钢筋桁架楼板、高密度CCA板灌浆外、内墙板、北新建材FK一体化外墙围护体系为基本元件组合而成,整个体系通过BIM技术辅助设计具有构件装配化、生产工厂化等特点,并在今后的开发项目中推广应用。At present, the main development direction of China＇s prefabricated steel housing system can be divided into two types： low-rise prefabricated steel housing and multi-rise prefabricated steel housing. In the national policy to promote green building, assembly industrialization, informationization, the construction industry itself, is the inevitable demand upgrading, good source group research and development at present stage the advanced green steel structure building system, give priority to with straight Concrete filled steel tube shaped column ＋ energy dissipation support structure system, to the precast bearing steel truss floor, high-density CCA board grouting outer and inner wall plate, basin, building materials FK integration of external wall retaining system as the basic element, the whole system with BIM technology aided design has the characteristics of component assembly, the production factory, and in the application development projects in the future.
