摘 要:以盐酸为介质,配置成润滑油清净剂废渣处理液,能有效将润滑油清净剂生产过程副产废渣在酸性体系中进行反应溶解,使得废渣由固态转化为液态。结果表明,将废渣中含有的有机溶剂和润滑油清净剂通过重力沉降分离回收,有机溶剂回收率达到95%以上,润滑油清净剂回收率达到98%以上,经处理后的液相形成的可溶性无机酸盐水溶液,通过采用常规气浮法而使其化学需氧量COD≤2 000 mg/L,达到污水处理装置的进水质量要求。With hydrochloric acid as the medium, the waste residue of lubricating oil purifier can be effectively dissolved in acid system, and the waste residue can be converted from solid to liquid. The result showed that the recovery rate of organic solvent and lubricating oil cleaner was more than 95% and 98% respectively, and the recovery rate of organic solvent and lube oil cleaner was over 95% and 98% respectively. The solution of soluble inorganic acid salt water formed by the treated liquid phase can make the chemical oxygen demand(COD)≤ 2 000 mg/L by using the conventional air floatation method to meet the water quality requirement of the wastewater treatment plant.
