摘 要:以某工业管道支架采用的两端简支矩形截面空间钢管桁架为研究对象,采用非线性有限元法,进行结构整体稳定分析,确定其整体稳定承载力。同时,提出矩形截面空间钢管桁架整体稳定实用设计方法,将桁架上弦作为格构式轴心受压构件进行稳定计算以确定空间钢管桁架整体稳定承载力。实用设计方法计算结果与有限元分析结果吻合较好,验证了该方法的适用性和可行性。Simply supported steel tubular trusses with rectangular section used as supports of industrial pipelines were studied in the paper. The overall stability of the steel tubular trusses was analyzed by nonlinear finite element method to determine the critical loads of the steel tubular trusses. Meanwhile,a practical design method was presented for overall stability of steel tubular trusses with rectangular section,in which the stability of the truss' upper chord was calculated as a laced member in axial compression. The results of the practical design method agreed very well with those of finite element analysis,which verified the applicability and reliability of the practical design method.
