摘 要:耐候钢用于桥梁不仅能降低建设期间成本和维护成本,还带来了环境效益。在对发达国家免涂装耐候钢桥梁的设计方法进行回顾和总结的基础上,对我国耐候钢桥梁的发展现状进行了分析。美国、欧洲和日本已经有较为成熟的钢材腐蚀评价体系,制定了耐候钢腐蚀设计的规定。我国耐候钢桥梁发展起步较晚,现在处于起步阶段,目前还没有相应的桥梁设计规范,还有很大的发展空间。基于分析结果,建议参考ISO 9223/9224规范,结合实际情况建立合理的腐蚀环境分级,以便于确定钢材在不同环境中的腐蚀速率,制定桥梁腐蚀设计规范。The application of weathering steels on bridges not only reduces the cost in construction stage and maintenance stage,but also brings extra environment benefit.On the basis of collection and summary of the design method on uncoated weathering steel(UWS)bridges in developed countries,the paper analyzed the development of weathering steel bridges in China.The US,Europe and Japan have already had proven corrosion evolution system,they have built their own corrosion design method of weathering steels.Weathering steel bridges developed late in China,it still in the initial stage,and there was still very huge development space.There are no regulations in Chinese specifications for UWS bridges at present.On the basis of analysis,it was advised to establish a reasonable environment category and learn corrosion rate of steels in different environment by referring to ISO 9223/9224 so that it could be used to draft a specification on corrosion design of bridges.
