摘  要:以纳米氧化锌与二氧化硅作为芯材,硬脂酸作为包被壁材,采用熔融分散-冷却法制备包被纳米氧化锌,以包被纳米氧化锌在人工胃液中的溶出率作为评价指标,得到最佳工艺条件:氧化锌、二氧化硅、硬脂酸的物料配比为50.3.3。在此工艺条件下,纳米氧化锌在人工胃液中3 h后的溶出率为1.87%,在人工肠液中6 h后的释放率为92.35%。该产品能够在仔猪的胃环境中保护纳米氧化锌,并且在仔猪的肠道环境中将纳米氧化锌释放出去,达到使纳米氧化锌发挥最大作用的目的。In this experiment, nano zinc oxide and silicon dioxide were used as the core materials, stea- ric acid as the coating material, and the coated nano zinc oxide was prepared by melt dispersion-cool-ing method. The dissolution rate of coated nano zinc oxide in artificial gastric juice was used as the evaluation index. The optimum process conditions are obtained: the material ratio of zinc oxide, silicon dioxide and stearic acid is 50: 3 : 3. Under this condition, the dissolution rate of nano zinc oxide in artificial gastric fluid after 3 hourswas 1.87%, and it was 92.35% after 6 hours in artificial intestinal fluid. The product can protect the nano zinc oxide from being resolved in the stomach environment of the piglets, and release the nano zinc oxide in the intestinal environment of the piglets so as to achieve the maximum effect of the nano zinc oxide.
