摘　　要：为了提高卷烟厂工艺空调混风段板式过滤器的过滤效果,延长其使用寿命及缩短清洗时间,改进了板式过滤器的过滤材料、结构和固定方式。改进后板式过滤器的过滤效果明显提高,使用寿命得到了有效的延长,清洗时间显著缩短,减少了人工清洗的工作量,该改进方法在卷烟厂工艺空调中有一定的推广应用价值。In order to improve the filtering effect of plate filter in industrial air conditioner mixing section of cigarette factory and extend its service life and shorten the cleaning time, filter material, structure and fixed mode were improved. The application showed that after the improvement filtering effect of the plate filter was improved obviously, the service life was extended effectively, the cleaning time was shortened significantly, and the workload of manual cleaning was also reduced. The improved method has a certain application value in the industrial air conditioner of cigarette factory.
