摘 要:目的:分析射频介入对间盘重吸收的意义。方法:将2014年1月—2017年3月期间确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者分为射频组和保守组。射频组行椎间盘射频消融术,保守组行传统中医保守治疗。结果:射频组治疗后VAS评分为(2.50±0.61)分,较保守组(3.15±0.88)分低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。射频组治疗前后VAS评分差为(4.30±0.66)分,较保守组(3.55±0.89)分高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。射频组治疗后CT值为(104.38±35.85),HU较保守组(88.78±11.70)HU高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。射频组治疗前后CT值差为(12.25±11.64)HU较保守组(2.74±5.32)HU高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。射频组治疗后MRI强度为9.12±3.26较保守组10.14±4.47低,差异无统计学意义(P=0.501)。射频组治疗前后MRI强度差为-0.77±2.03较保守组0.44±2.73低,差异无统计学意义(P=0.128)。射频组吸收率为(0.30±0.25)%,较保守组(0.12±0.29)%高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:射频介入治疗可以提高间盘重吸收率,促进腰椎间盘突出重吸收。射频介入与中医保守治疗均能显著改善患者疼痛感受。Objective: To analyze the significance of radiofrequency ablation therapy for the disc reabsorption. Methods: We made the clinical observation of radiofrequency interventional therapy for LDH disc reabsorption from January 2014 to March2017. The patients were divided into radio frequency group and conservative group. Radiofrequency ablation was in radio frequency group and the traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment was in conservative group. Results: Clinical observation of radiofrequency interventional therapy for LDH disc reabsorption: The VAS score of the radiofrequency group was 2. 50 ± 0. 61,which was lower than the conservative group's 3. 15 ± 0. 88,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0. 008). The difference of VAS score before and after radiofrequency treatment was 4. 30 ± 0. 66,higher than the conserved group's 3. 55 ± 0. 89,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0. 008). The CT value of the radiofrequency group was(104. 38 ± 35. 85) HU,higher than tthe conservative group's(88. 78 ± 11. 70) HU,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0. 002). The difference of CT value before and after radiofrequency treatment was(12. 25 ± 11. 64) HU,which was higher than the conserved group's(2. 74± 5. 32) HU,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0. 002).
