摘 要:[目的]研究噻虫嗪及其代谢物在大葱中的消解动态及最终残留量,评价其在大葱上的使用安全性,为噻虫嗪在大葱中的最大残留限量标准的制定提供科学依据。[方法]通过2016—2017年在吉林、山东2年2地的田间小区试验和高效液相色谱串联质谱分析技术研究2%噻虫嗪颗粒剂在大葱中的消解动态及其最终残留量。[结果]吉林、山东省2年2地的残留数据结果表明:噻虫嗪在大葱植株和土壤中的半衰期分别为0.2~1.8、4.4~14.9 d。收获期大葱植株和土壤中噻虫嗪及其代谢物的残留量分别为0.015~0.117、0.019~0.233 mg/kg。[结论]综合多方面因素,建议我国2%噻虫嗪颗粒剂在大葱上施用,最高制剂用药量40 500 g/hm2(810 g a.i./hm2)最多施药1次。推荐我国对噻虫嗪在大葱中的最大允许残留水平(MRL)值为0.50 mg/kg。[Aims] The degradation and final residues of thiamethoxam and its metabolites in welsh onion were investigated to evaluate its application safety. [Methods] Field experiments at Jilin and Shandong were conducted in2016-2017, and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry were carried out to study residual decline and final residues of thiamethoxam in welsh onion and soil. [Results] The average degradation half-lives of thiamethoxam at high dosage(spraying for one time) were 0.2-1.8 d in welsh onion and 4.4-14.9 d in soil. The results of the final residue experiments showed that the final residues of thiamethoxam and its metabolites in welsh onion and soil were 0.015-0.117 and 0.019-0.233 mg/kg, respectively. [Conclusions] Comprehensive multifaceted factors, the thiamethoxam 2% GR could be applied on welsh onion once with the maximum dosage of 40 500 g/ha(810 g a.i./ha), 0.50 mg/kg was recommended as maximum residue level(MRL) for thiamethoxam in welsh onion.
