我国钢轨打磨车用砂轮标准与国外国际相关标准的对比分析

摘　　要：在简要介绍我国钢轨打磨车用砂轮标准及欧洲、国际标准化组织(ISO)相关标准的基础上,从常规性能要求、打磨性能要求2个方面对比我国标准、欧洲标准、ISO标准的异同点。结果表明,3个砂轮标准虽然侧重点不同,但其检验指标都具有适用性和指导性,我国标准通过对常规性能和打磨性能要求的细化,可以很好地指导我国钢轨打磨车用砂轮的生产、检验。By giving a brief introduction to the domestic grinding wheel standard as well as relevant European andISO standards,the Article compares the similarities and differences in the domestic standard,European standardand ISO standard in view of such two aspects as conventional performance requirements and grinding performance re-quirements. According to the results,despite of their focus,the test ratings for such three grinding wheel standardsare of applicability and guidance. The domestic standard can guide the domestic production and inspection of grind-ing wheels for rail grinding wagon well by refining the conventional performance requirements and grinding perfor-mance requirements.
