摘 要:通过对HX_D3B型电力机车轮对落修及故障数据的统计分析,得出由于轮缘异常磨耗造成轮缘近限是落修的主要原因。针对影响轮缘磨耗的主要因素,如线路状态、机车构造和踏面形状等,进行详细的分析,提出加强轮对检测、考虑最经济的轮缘恢复尺寸、加大轮轨润滑装置投入等措施。建议采用新工艺及新材料建立良好的轮轨硬度匹配关系、优化走行部结构、修订机车检修工艺标准等。By making a statistical analysis of fault data on HXD3B electric locomotive wheels,it is concluded thatthe main reason for falling wheel overhaul lies in approximation to limits due to unusual wheel flange abrasion. A de-tailed analysis is made in view of the main factors affecting wheel flange wear, such as line status,locomotive struc-ture and tread shape,etc. The Article proposes measures including to strengthen wheelset detection,give consider-ations to most economic wheel flange restoration dimensions and increase investment in wheel track lubricating devic-es,etc. The Article proposes to adopt new technologies and new materials to establish a good matching relationship ofwheel track hardness,optimize the bogie and revise the technical standards for locomotive inspection and repair,etc.
