摘 要:磷石膏长期大量堆存占用土地资源,并对环境产生威胁,研究其无害化处置成为重要解决路径。利用电石渣固化磷石膏中的水溶性磷和水溶性氟,考察电石渣添加量、反应时间、反应温度对磷石膏中水溶性磷、水溶性氟固化效果的影响。实验结果表明,在电石渣添加量为0.8 g(200 g磷石膏)、反应时间为2 h、反应温度为30℃条件下,磷石膏中水溶性磷、水溶性氟基本被固化。A large number of land resources have been accumulated and occupied by phosphogypsum for a long time, which poses a threat to the environment. An important technical solution path is its harmless disposal method. Using carbide slag to cure harmful impurities water-soluble phosphorus and water-soluble fluorine in phosphogypsum,the effects of the addition amount of carbide slag,reaction time and reaction temperature on solidification of water-soluble phosphorus and water-soluble fluorine in phosphogypsum are investigated through experiments. The water-soluble phosphorus and fluorine in phosphogypsum are basically solidified at the addition amount of carbide slag of 0.8 g(200 g phosphogypsum), reaction time of 2 hours, and reaction temperature of 30℃.
