摘　　要：文章介绍黄尧洲教授从心论治老年性皮肤瘙痒症的经验。老年性皮肤瘙痒症病位在肌肤,但与五脏相关,尤重于心肝两脏;本质是本虚标实、虚实夹杂,心肝血虚为本,血虚生风、肝生内风、感受风燥发为瘙痒为标。故治疗此病应重视心神与肝脏的调摄,注重以调理心神为先,常采用宁心安神法,以安神止痒为主,重用重镇安神、养心安神药物,才能有效治疗。临床上创制养心安神止痒方,专方化裁治疗此病,体现出中医专病专方、辨病与辨证相结合的诊疗特色。Prof. Huang Yaozhou＇s experiences were introduced in the treatment of senile skin pruritus based on the heart function. Senile skin pruritus is related to five zang organs,especially heart and liver. It is the mixture of excess and deficiency,the deficiency in the root cause and the excess in the secondary. The root refers to blood deficiency of the heart and liver. The secondary refers to blood deficiency stirring up wind,production of internal liver wind and invasion of wind dryness. The treatment of the disease focuses on the regulation of heart spirit and liver function,especially tranquilizing the mind. The herbal medicines for tranquilization and nourishing the heart are specially used. In clinical practice,yanxin anshi zhiyang formula was prepared and applied accordingly in terms of the disease and symptom differentiation in TCM.
