摘　　要：目的探讨I-PASS表格式电子交接班报告在心内科危重患者中的应用效果。方法从疾病的严重程度I(Illness severity),患者简要情况P(Patient summary),需要采取的行动清单A(Action list),状态情况及应急计划S(Situation awareness and contingency planning),信息接受者的综合复述S(Synthesis by receiver)五个方面对患者广泛的信息与背景进行梳理,并查阅文献,制定了心内科I-PASS表格式电子交班报告表。比较使用本交班报告表前后的效果。结果运用I-PASS表格式电子交接班报告表后护士对危重患者病情交班缺陷发生率显著降低,对危重患者病情掌握情况较之前相比有明显提高。交接班时,完成交接班所花费时间大大缩短,护士满意度显著提高,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 I-PASS表格式电子交接班报告表具有信息综合、内容详细准确、简单直观和临床实用的优点,简化了繁琐复杂的交班内容,弥补了口头交接班的不足之处,不仅提高了护士在临床工作中的专业水平能力,还减少了护士书写交班报告的思维过程,省时又省力,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of electronic shift report in I-PASS form on critical patients in cardiology department.Methods According to the five aspects of Illness severity,Brief information on the Patient summary,Action list,Situation awareness and contingency planning,and Synthesis by receiver,hackled the patient＇s extensive information and background,and consulted the literature,the electronic report form of the IPASS form of Cardiology was established. Compare the effects before and after the use of this report form.Results After using the electronic shift report form of the I-PASS form,the nurse significantly reduced the incidence of the defect of the critical patient ＇ s condition and significantly improved the condition of the critical patient compared with the previous situation. When the succession takes place,the time spent on completing the succession is greatly shortened,and the satisfaction on nurses was significantly increased,all of which were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The I-PASS format electronic shift report form has the advantages of information synthesis,detailed and accurate content,simple and intuitive,and clinical practicality.It simplifies the complicated and complicated content of shift and makes up for the shortcomings of oral shift. It not only improves the professional ability of nurses in clinical work,but also reduces the thinking process of writing class reports,saves time and effort,and is worth of clinical promotion.
