腹腔镜下保留睾丸动脉精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下保留睾丸动脉精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:将80例精索静脉曲张患者随机分为两组。对照组38例,采用不保留睾丸动脉的精索静脉结扎术治疗,观察组42例,采用保留睾丸动脉的精索静脉结扎术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组的手术时间(57.3±4.7) min长于对照组(38.0±3.0) min,患者术后生育恢复率73.8%高于对照组39.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后的精子数量、精子密度和精子活力(A+B级)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下保留睾丸动脉精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果良好。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of spermatic vein ligation with testicular artery preservation for varicocele under laparoscopy. Methods： 80 patients with varicocele were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 38 cases were treated with spermatic vein ligation without reservations of testicular artery,and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with spermatic vein ligation with retained testicular artery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The operation time of the observation group was（ 57.3 ＋ 4.7） min,longer than that of the control group（ 38.0＋3.0） min,and the recovery rate of the patients after operation was 73.8%,which was higher than that of the control group（ 39.5%）. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The number of sperm,sperm density and sperm motility（ A ＋ B grade） in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation with preserved testicular artery has good clinical effect in the treatment of varicocele.
