摘  要:以处理规模为21×10~4 m^3/d的污水处理厂三级深度除磷系统为研究对象,利用精确投药系统对其进行升级改造。该污水处理厂进水ρ(TP)为4.41~10.86 mg/L,平均浓度为7.15 mg/L。三级处理Al_2O_3实际投药量平均约为4.28 mg/L,约为理论投药量的6.3倍。改造完成后使用精确投药系统,污水处理厂三级处理系统投药量相比未使用精确投药系统,PAC投药量降低10.5%,出水TP浓度降低约20%,运行成本每年可节约39万元,取得较好的运行效果。A precise dosing system was applied to the tertiary treatment process of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with the capacity of 21 ~ 104 m3/d for upgrading its performance. The influent TP concentration of the WWTP varied in the range of 4.41 ~ 10. 86 mg/L, and its average concentration was 7. 15 mg/L. The actual average dosage of AI2O3 was 4. 28 mg/L for the tertiary treatment process, which was about 6. 3 times of the theoretical dosage. After applying the precise dosing system in WWTP, the dosage for the tertiary treatment system was reduced by 10. 5% , and the effluent TP concentration was reduced by 20%. The operation cost could be saved by 390,000 Yuan annually, and better system performance could be achieved.
